You’ve probably figured it out by now: this isn’t your average hotel and we’re not your average hoteliers. …and that’s just fine. Even our check-in is unusual: in exchange for your ID, we offer you a slice of bruschetta with our own olive oil. Our reception is a bazaar where you can purchase really good typical Umbrian products – not the usual “tourist stuff”.
