We get our energy from the hot Umbrian sun, thanks to our photovoltaic system, and we use a condensing boiler for heating. Travelling electric? You’ll find a charging station for 2 cars here. This means that you can charge your vehicle while you relax at the pool.

Once upon a time...
In 1979, our father Ivo ran a small village trattoria and loved walking on this hill, where Catignano Castle once stood. It was here that an idea began to take shape in 1985: he and our mother Gabriella opened Hotel Catignano, 3 km from Gubbio. Over time, it grew, adding new spaces and services.
Today, that journey enters a new chapter with Evo Hotel—a natural evolution of the hospitality they inspired us to embrace, now shaped by our own identity: authentic, vibrant, playful, yet always professional. It is a tribute to our origins and a commitment to the future, driven by vision, dedication, and a constant desire to evolve
